Getting to know one another
Steps to become a Just Better Care Business Owner.
Once you have made contact with us we will want to learn about you so we typically ask that you undertake our prospective franchisee application process, which includes the following steps:
- Complete an Information Request.
- Complete a Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
- Just Better Care Panel review of your application and conditional approval
If your application is conditionally approved, we will then invite you to undertake a Discovery Day meeting with the Just Better Care team at its corporate office in Sydney. The Discovery Day meeting normally runs for 3-4 hours and is an opportunity to meet the team in person and learn as much as possible about the franchise system in a condensed yet informal meeting format.
Once successfully completing the Just Better Care application process, it's time to start your due diligence.
There are three important components of this stage in the process:
- Review our Franchise Disclosure Document (DD).
- Review our financial trading data benchmark results.
- Speak to other Just Better Care franchise owners to gain a first-hand sense of what it is needed to establish and grow a Just Better Care community care business.Once you have made contact with us we will want to learn about you so we typically ask that you undertake our prospective franchisee application process, which includes the following steps
Our franchise disclosure document
If your application meets our minimum criteria we will forward you the Disclosure Document for Franchisee or Prospective Franchisee (DD). The DD provides more in-depth information on the Just Better Care franchise including indicative establishment and operating costs.
Connecting with other franchise owners
No one can give you a better understanding of the Just Better Care franchise than our current franchise owners who live and breathe the business every day. As we get further into the application process, we’ll provide you with a customised list of offices, including those close to you and some who share similar profiles.
For example, if you have young children, we’ll include an owner who has experience balancing community care life with parenting young children. If you are taking this on as a single owner, we’ll include someone else who has shared that experience. This will help you get answers to questions that are meaningful and specific to your circumstances. Other things we might provide a match for include franchise locations with similar demographic profiles, or owners who have faced similar challenges to ones you may face.
